OTHERS PRESENT: RON DUSIL CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR
LANCE QUIGLEY
PURPOSE: Request by Lance Quigley 29 E. Cemetery Rd. for a variance to See. 1.08B
of the City Building Code.
The request was to allow a second garage to be built on his property with 26ft.to the rear
lot line.
Mr. Quigley's request dealt with the restriction of one principal building on a lot with a
min of 35 ft.to the rear of the property. The rear and side property lines border on
agricultural and commercial zoned land. It was discussed that this section of the code is
under review by the City Council, as it would apply in similar situations.

With no objects the Board vote unanimously to allow the variance.
The Meeting closed at 6:35 PM
