Motion Ekstrom,2"1 Scott to approve the Agenda,Minutes of the Cic:tober 10's Council Meeting,Clerk's Budget and Financial Reports.MC, Mayor Voss opened the public bearing oD the annexation at 7:10 p.m.Tim and Kimberly Schtvantz,Dennis Miller, Stanley and Kaye Strickler,and Gordon Sevig in attendance. Schwartz had questions on water and sewer hookups,taxes and garbage.Denny Miller was concerned about access to his rear acres.Dick Ransom,City Engineer discussed the questions. With no further discussion'Wainwriglrt moved to close the public hearing,2d Scot',at 7:34 p.m. Chris Kivett-Berry,ECIGOG gave an update on the housing grant.Open houses and bid opening should be in January.Motion Wainwright,2"d Scott that the contractors on these projects be charged a fee of$1.00 for the building permits,MC. Resolution 00-11-14, Annexation and Zoning Classification of the Gordon Sevig,Donald Heisler, Stanley Strickler,Tim Schwartz and DcrnisMiller properties.Motion Scott,2m Wainwright to approve the annexation,with Miller and Strickler as AG,Sevig,Heisler and Schwartz as RS.MC_ Sgt. Carol Curran presented the list of calls from the Sheriff's departrrncrrt. James Houghton presented the request for a building pennit for Westdalc Meadows.Dick Ransom Recommended to the council that he thought it was ok_ Motion Wainwright:,2d Ekstrom to approve the permit.MC. Motion Wainwright; 2`�Scott to approve the Linn County Secondary Road Agremient for snow plowing for 200012001.MC, Mary Facha discussed the computer infornndiort she had Mary will check with Data Technology and CMS for price and payment information.Motion Wainwright 2"d Ekstrom to allow Mary to attend the budget workshop in Mt. Vernon on December 7'a. MC Motion Wainwright; 2""Scutt to approve Ordinance 228,establishing No Parking zones on Merin Street from 215 Main west to the viaduct,and the West Side of Burger Lane.MC.
