RESOLUTION NUMBER 432-2-01
A resolution of the City Council of the City of Cedar Rapids setting a public hearing to
consider entering into an intergovernmental agreement(28'E Agreement)with the City of
Fairfax regarding the provision of sanitary sewer to a specific area and the future
annexation of properties between the two cities.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
that a public hearing is set for the 14" day of March, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. in the 4th Floor City
Council Chambers on the 2" Avenue side of City Hall, Cedar Rapids, Iowa or such other place
as may be designated, at which time the City Council shall consider entering into an agreement.
