MAY 31,2001
Mayor Voss called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.Council members present Ekstrom,Scott and
Beer. Councilpersons Stockton and Wainwright absent.
Discussion on issuing a building permit for Todd Whitters Construction.The permit is for
construction of a duplex on Lot 96 in Fairfax Heights Addition.
Motion Ekstrom 2nd Beer to issue a building permit for Lot 96 to Todd Whitters Construction.
Ayes: 3 MC
Todd questioned about more special meetings.Ekstrom stated Ron knows what is going on and
should be able to issue the pennits without a Special Council Meeting.if Ikon has issues that should be
addressed;then Todd would need to attend a Council Meeting.
Councilperson Wainwright arrived at 5:09 p-m.
Discussion on John Dennis Sewer System
