Adjourn i i I RESOLUTION 01-07-19-1 TO REVISE PLAT NAME IN RESOLUTION 01-06-12-4 j WHEREAS,a final plat of Martin's First Addition to Linn County, Iowa, containing one (1)lot, numbered Lot 1, a subdivision of real estate located in the'SW SE of Section 21, Township 82 North, Range 8 West of the 5"'P.M.,was approved by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, on June 12, 2001 WHEREAS,the final plat of Martin's First Addition was recorded in Book 4372,Pages 577-596 in the Linn County Recorders Office WHEREAS,it was found after the recording process that Martin's first Addition to Linn County was a duplicate name of a subdivision of real estate in Linn County, recorded with the Linn County Recorder WHEREAS,said plat and plat proceedings cannot be changed or altered in any way without the approval of the City Council of the City of Fairfax NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that the final plat naJne of Martin's First Addition in Resolution 01-06-12-4 shall be REVISED to THE MARTIN CHILDREN FIRST ADDITION TO LINN COUNTY, IOWA, be and the same is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax,Iowa, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are Hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and affix the same to said plat as by law provided_ Passed this � ,�.Y-, day of .. , 2001- Marianne Wainwright Mayor Pro-Tem ATTEST: Mary PacbA, City Cleric CITY OF FAIRFAX SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING JULY 19,2001 Mayor Pro-Tern Wainwright called the meeting to order at 5::10 p.m. on speakerphone.
