NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA,to approve a deferment of the required sidewalk along the north end of Lot 10,Fairfax Heights First Addition to the City of Fairfax,,Iowa in Linn County,Iowa. Said deferment shall run with the land and shall be binding upon all present and future owners of the subj act property with the clear understanding that any present or future owner of said property shall be responsible for all installation costs of sidewalk along the north end of Lot 10,Fairfax Heights First Addition to the City of Fairfax,Iowa in Linn County, Iowa,at such time that the City of Fairfax,Iowa,determines installation of sidewalk is proper.
