We have no objections to the permit being issued subject to City Council approval. We are getting a sample Resolution from Hiawatha of a case similar to this one and will forward it to you when we get it. Dick 4, 12/'03 RESOLUTION 053 0//, 14Z, l RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF"AT YOUR OWN RISK" BUILDING PERMIT ON LOT #11 FAIRFAX HEIGHTS THIRD ADDITION FOR A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING WHEREAS, Gordon Sevig, developer of Fairfax Heights Third Addition, has requested a building permit be issued for Todd Whitters Construction to start construction of a multi-family dwelling prior to the final plat of Fairfax Heights Third Addition being approved by the City Council„ and; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to authorize the Building Official to issue an "At Your Own Risk" Building Permit for a multi-family dwelling on Lot 411 of Fairfax Heights Third Addition, contingent on meeting the following conditions: the location of the proposed dwelling be reviewed by City staff prior to the on-set of any work at the site and the plans be approved by the Building Official prior to the issuance of the "At Your Own Risk" building permit. It is the understanding of all parties involved that any construction done before final plat approval is done at the developer's and/or property owner's risk.
