SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
FEBRUARY 26, 2004
Special meeting of the Fairfax City Council was held Monday,February 26, 2004 at Fairfax
City Hall at 4:30 PM. Mayor Voss presided. Council members present were: Wainwright,
Frieden,Beer, Scott. Absent: Glick.
The special meeting was called due to the recent weather conditions and the streets being
soft.
Motion by Wainwright,2 nd Frieden to place emergency embargo on Fairfax Road and Main
Street with a maximum load limit of 10 ton; effective February 25„ 2004---March 25, 2004. Roll
Call Vote: All Ayes; MC.
Motion by Friedcn, 2" by Wainwright to adjourn,4:35 PM. MC.
