Mayor Voss called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Council members present: Beer,
Fricden, Scott, Glick, Wainwright Also present: Tom Patterson.
Tom Patterson, Shelton Technologies, Inc., discussed a document management software
program called Inegrity.
Councilor Beer left 5:15 PK
Council reviewed resumes submitted for the City Cleric position.
A discussion and briefing,was held on the 2003 Audit.
There being no further business, Wainwright moved to adjourn, 7:45 PM, seconded by
Scott. All in favor.
