SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 2004
Mayor Voss called the special meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at
Fairfax City Hall. Council members present: Beer, Frieden, Wainwright. Absent: Scott, Glick.
Others present: Ron Dusil,Dennis Germain.
The special meeting was requested by Dennis Germain, Pace Supply, to discuss a commercial
building permit. Council discussed drainage,position of property and other issues.
Wainwright moved to approve the commercial building permit, seconded by Beer. Roll call
vote: All ayes. There being no further business, Frieden moved to adjourn, 5:45 p.m., seconded
by Wainwright. All in favor.
