Clerk Comments 8.Adjournment I CITY OF FAIRFAX SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MONDAY,OCTOBER 2,2006 AT' 5:30 PM Mayor Voss called the special meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Upon roll call, Council members present: Beer, Frieden, Magers, Wainwright.. Scott arrived at 5:34 PM and Magers arrived at 5:38 PM, Others present: Nancy Flickinger. The agenda was amended by deleting the following item from the agenda: Item #3. Resolution amending Resolution No. 2006-67 authorizing & providing a Sewer Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement &providing for the issuance & securing the payment of$2,400,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds. Beer moved to approve the agenda as amended, seconded by Frieden. Roll call vote: Ayes: Beer, Frieden,Wainwright. Nays: None, Absent: Scott,Magers. Motion carried. Scott arrived at 5:34 PM. Discussion was held on the term of the $800,000 General Obligation bond. It was consensus of Council to accept the 5 year term with a 3 year call. .Magers arrived at 5:38 PM. Discussed increasing the sewer rates. An ordinance amendment will be on the October 1.1, 2006 agenda for consideration. 'there being no further business, Wainwright moved adjournment at 6:02 PM, seconded by Magers. All in favor.
