SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
NOVEMBER 5,2007
Mayor Voss called the special meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Council members present
Frieden, Magers, Scott, Wainwright. Absent: Beer. Others present: Ron Stallman, Dave
Yanecek.
This special meeting was requested by Midwest Athletic Club to approve the building
permit.
Magers moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Wainwright. Roll call vote: Ayes:
Frieden, Magers, Scott, Wainwright. Nays: None. Absent: Beer. Motion carried.
Magers moved to approve the MAC Express building peri-nit, seconded by Scott. Roll
call vote: Ayes: Frieden, Magers, Scott, Wainwright. Nags: None. Absent: None. Motion
carried.
There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Voss adjourned the special
meeting at 6:05 PM.
