SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY,DECEMBER 10�,2008
This Special Meeting was called to discuss purchase of property.
A special meeting of the Fairfax City Council was held on December 10, 2008, at Fairfax City
Hall at 7:00 PM. Mayor Voss presided. Council members present: Beer, Frieden, Magers, Rabe,
Wainwright. Absent: None. Others present: Dick Ransom.
Beer moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Magers. Roll call vote: Ayes: Beer, Frieden,
Magers, Rabe, Wainwright.Nays:None. Motion carried.
Discussion was held on purchasing the property adjacent to City Hall/Fire Station. Mayor Voss
polled the Council and it was the consensus of council not to pursue purchase of the property, as
follows: Ayes: Frieden, Wainwright.Nays: Beer, Magers, Rabe..
There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Vass adjourned the meeting at 7.:45
PM.
