A total of 5 Door Prizes meetings have been held to discuss non- profit status incorporation, grant St.Patrick's Auditorium application processing and contacting other Linn County societies and Proceeds to fund trees in Fairfax, organizations for technical assistance. CITY OF FAIRFAX City Council Meeting February 9, 1999 Mayor Stallman called the meeting order at 7 :00 p.m. Council present Beer, Harville, Shakespeare and Wainwright , ' Absent Stockton. Motion by Beer to approve the agenda, Minutes of the January 12, 1999, Clerks budget and financial reports . MC. Mayor Stallman opened the Public Hearing on the Well Construction at 7 :02 p.m. Questions on the Aquifer and the effect of the new well on the surrounding wells . The public hearing closed at 7:10 p.m. Mike Hart, Hart-Frederick, and Dick Ransom, Hall & Hall, opened the bids received on the Well Construction. Motion Beer, 2nd Wainwright, to issue notice of award, contingent based on review by Hart and Ransom, and Mayor Stallman given authority to sign all documents . MC. RESOLUTION 99-02-09, placing plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost on file and direct publication of the notice to bidders and set up the public hearing on the 1999 water storage construction.
