Doug Elliott from ECICOG discussed the reason for the Public Hearing.Mayor Voss declared the Public Hearing opened at 7:06 p.m.
Doug Elliott discussed the Status of Funded Activities on the Community Development Block Grant.To date,3 houses have been rehabilitated and.the 4r°

Francis Scott from Prairie Road Builders presented,a bid proposal for the 2002 Seal Coat Project.Mr.Scott will be back in the spring to check on the

David Jacoby of 135 Highland Ave,stated his concerns about no parking on both sides of Highland Ave. Councilperson Wainwright stated that there
would be no parking only on the side where the mailboxes are.A reason stated for no parking on one side of the street is the concern for fire protection.
