Other Items of discussion/reports: Maintenance Department - Zarnastil reported that the city will need to repair a driveway that was damaged due to a Water main break and he will be requesting three bids for this project, Discussion was held on the agreement regarding the mobfle home on the Olsen property, Discussion was held on parking on grass. Parks Department - Councilor Beer reported that upcoming meetings will be held on April 19th and May 171x1 at 7:00 PM and that an open house, including a showing of the Disney movie April 218t at 3:00 PM, Visioning Committee - Councilor Beer led a "Cars", will be held in the community room at Guaranty Bank on discussion on renting the movie equipment to other cities and it was decided that the equipment would not be rented. Upcoming meetings will be held on April 17th and May 15th at 7:00 PM. Other-Discussion was held on the 2007 Citywide Cleanup and the date was set for June 2,2007,'with the time and place to be determined. Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. 2.John Hill reported on the last City Council meeting. Chad Sands was given additional requests for changes in the Comprehensive Plan. 3. it was noted that the Planning and Zoning commission have a variety of versions of the Comprehensive Plan and associated maps,as well as the Fairfax Zoning Ordinance,and that they all should be supplied with the latest versions. The commission roster also needs to be up- dated. Chairman Kell will e-mail Chad Sands(with a copy to the Council)for the Plan copies. 4. Chairman Kell needs to be supplied with keys to City Hall. 5.John Hill invited the Commission to the Parks Department Open House at the Guarantee Bank Community Room,Saturday,April 21, 2007,at 3*00, 6,Since Chairman Kell will be attending the Iowa Planning officials Academy in May,a number of questions were raised that he may find answers for at this meeting. 7.
