Board Members absent and excused: Linda Pribyl and Theresa Whittlesey R Jason Rabe Staff Present: Cathy Bayne and Beth Wilz By Pospischil called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm and asked for additions or corrections to the agenda. Planning & Zoning Meeting July 17, 2012 Our meeting was called to order by Chairman Kell at 7:00 pm. Members present- Kell, Nurre, Kunze, Boxa, Sobaski, Meyers, Soukup. Absent- none. First item on the agenda was to review & approve the minutes from our last meeting, which was May 16, 2012. After reviewing, Boxa moved to approve the minutes, Soukup 2"a All ayes. Minutes ap- proved. Next we moved on to reviewing the Tree Policy. We had requested changes last meeting, so we could review & approve this meeting, but those changes were not made. We reviewed & made changes to the policy as closely as we couldremember, with also reviewing to make sure of these revisions get corrected., we are at a point to approve the policy & get it to City Council for their next meeting. Changes have been submitted to the city office & we will review via email & approve once we are sure the correct changes have been made. We moved on to reviewing all of the input from the Open House that was held last week on the g P P changes to our zoning map. Shane Wicks submitted a detailed list of all of the citizens that came by to ask questions & any clarification or changes that needed to be made. Shane did a great job & we had no further questions on the topic. We reviewed another portion of the Comprehensive Plan & are keeping a running list of the updates that need to be done to ensure we can have all up to date projections through 2030, have updated & cor- rect growth models, & also updated & correct census numbers.
