City of Fairfax MAYOR'S MINUTE Planning & Zoning Minutes Meeting: Tuesday July 16, 2013 By Jason Rabe Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairman Kell. Present: Boxa, Kell, Kunze, Nurre, Meyers, Sobaski; Absent: Soukup. ,t First item on the agenda was to approve the minutes. Boxa motioned to ap- prove the minutes and that was seconded by Kunze. Starting in the next month we will be undergoing a large project that will span the rest of this year and We moved on to discussion and possible motion concerning the 2013 Urban next. As I have mentioned over the last year and a half in my articles, this project entails several facets that will be done during this span.
