The Doctor, Stella LIBRARY BOARD MINUTES AUGUST 4, 2015 Board Meeting Minutes August 4, 2015 Members present: Pribyl, Lees, Pospischil, Toner, Kleppe and Meyers; Whittlesley arrived at 7:04 Absent, Excused: Abel and Stallman. Staff Present: Bayne and Wilz. Citizen: Gary Pribyl Pospischil called the meeting to order at 7:02 Lees made a motion to approve the agenda and moving 4d to 4a. Seconded by Pribyl, Motion Carried 7-0 'S MINUTE Gary Pribyl then took everyone to the front entryway to show them the plan for the new storage closet. Dis- MAYOR cussions continued about where to put the hooks and how useful this will be. Kleppe made a motion to approve this new storage unit to be built by Lee Merta to fit into the entryway and fixing the coat hanging area and the money to come out of our building maintenance budget. Seconded by Whittlesley. Motion carried 7-0 Discus- By Jason Rabe sion continued about where to put a new bulletin board in the entryway. Minutes were reviewed and approved as presented by Meyers and seconded by Kleppe. Motion carried 7-0 Bills were discussed for July including the receipt for John's Lock & Key. Pribyl made a motion to pay for ,t all expenses including for John's Lock&Key for $29.90, seconded by Meyers. Motion carried 7-0. Financial reports were discussed. Circulation and other reports were then discussed noting that phone calls were down and DVD/BLU RAYS As I have mentioned many times over the course of my time in office, there have been hundreds of people who are the biggest check out. It was also discussed that the Nook check out has increased again. Also mentioned have given time and resources to make Fairfax a great place to live. Without their efforts we wouldn't be that we should make a big note in the Fairfax Facts that anybody can always ask for a special due date for special where we are today. One of those people is a long time employee of the City of Fairfax, Ron Dusil. Ron has served the city for many decades. His knowledge of our city infrastructure and ability to fix/fabricate just circumstances. The Wage Proposal was then discussed.
